MJR Health Update: I lost 5lbs!
I was so surprised to see the weight today, that I had to triple check the scale just to make sure it was correct! LOL I seem to lost a little over 5lbs this week, which is great. I’ve definitely cut back on the beer and also started tracking all of my meals with MyFitnessPal. Progress feels so good!
Thanks to everybody who reached out to me in the past week with words of support and commiseration! I’m excited to lose the weight and I know many of you are rooting for me. And for those of you that are also trying to lose some weight, I’m right there with ya! We can do it 🤘
