Microsoft is making a new HoloLens headset, called HoloLens 2. But, it’s only getting sold to companies, not consumers. Meant for professionals who work with their hands and not on computers, the new HoloLens has an improved field of view and doesn’t clip as much as the original. Dieter Bohn visited Microsoft’s campus to get an early look at the new HoloLens 2 headset.

The Fairchild Channel F was the first programmable ROM cart based console. It was designed by Jerry Lawson whom I had the honor to hear speak at a Classic Gaming Expo in 2004. The console was released in many regions under different names. In this video, I share my collection and explain why I am intrigued by the console.

Wow, this is my first ever attempt at making a video about “news” — not something I plan to do often AT ALL, but I thought this was actually kind of an interesting story where there’s more to it than meets the eye!
I had the day off, and somehow I managed to turn a video around in 24 hours. Definitely a personal record, but probably only applicable to news format type videos unfortunately…research makes everything else take a heck of a lot longer!

My video director and creative partner Tyler Bourns and I discussed a great storyline for the video, which involves a surprise guest: my fabulous old white Jaguar. We ended up cleaning and detailing it, as it has been in storage since I moved to Lake Tahoe, then we dusted off my old turquoise silk jacket from the original ‘Here I Go Again’ video and I was thinking, “man, this is going to be fun!” It’s a respectful acknowledgment and positive nod to the past, just fun stuff.”
