Digital Foundry – We’ve had a ton of requests to take a look at Blaze’s Evercade – a cartridge-based retro handheld. It’s certainly a fascinating device with a unique game delivery mechanism, and the emulation is strong. DF Retro’s John Linneman gives the device a thorough road-test.
RGT 85 – May is quickly approaching which means we have to talk about the upcoming Switch games for the month. Tons of new Nintendo Switch games are coming in May, so what games should you have on your radar?
Abort, Retry, Fail – Here I take a look back at one of my favorite consoles of all time, the Colecovision. In this video I go through the history of the console, the tech specs, hardware, games and more.
Modern Classic – Mattel’s Intellivision was the first serious challenge to the Atari VCS/2600, released nationwide in 1980. I tell the console’s story, show you the hardware and some of the games, give tips on starting your collection and even open a brand new, still in shrinkwrap 1982 copy of Burgertime on camera!

Chronik Spartan – Dino Crisis was a fantastic series of video games that included two brilliant games on the PS1, a couple of spin offs and a not so great Dino Crisis 3 on the Xbox.
Dino Crisis had you playing as Regina as you investigated a secret weapons research facility. Although know best for it’s PS1 incarnation, due to it’s popularity there was also a Dino Crisis Dreamcast version.
Not so long ago we heard the amazing news of a Dino Crisis remake confirmed. More recently we’ve heard of that Dino Crisis remake cancelled. It seems as though the extreme popularity of Capcoms Resident Evil 2 Remake and Resident Evil 3 Remake has them 100% focused on Resident Evil remakes. To the point that we are now hearing that the Resident Evil 4 remake is now in production. This to me seems ridiculous! Why would you need a remake of Resident Evil 4 when it was already remade for the PS3 in HD? This goes against exactly what I think constitutes a good reason to make a remake.
